Our June issue of Artizen had a big story on a phenomenon we found especially thrilling - Outstanding In The Field. Started by Jim Deneven, this event is a Table to Farm (as opposed to Farm to Table) and well worth catching should they plan an event near you. We wanted to start a discussion about more Tours and opportunities for folks to interact with chefs and farms and local food artisans. We'll continue to add more of these here as we find out about them.
